Return Window
- 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
 - Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
 - Original packaging and any accessories must be included
 
What Can Be Returned
- Most items in new, unused condition
 - Items with original tags and packaging
 - Non-personalized merchandise
 
What Cannot Be Returned
- Personalized or custom-made items
 - Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments
 - Digital products or downloadable items
 - Gift cards
 - Items marked as "Final Sale"
 - Items damaged by normal wear and use
 
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
- Email us at info@getN52.com or use our contact form
 - Include your order number and reason for return
 - We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable)
 
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Include the original packaging when possible
 - Pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping
 - Include any accessories or free gifts that came with your order
 
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Use the prepaid return label we provide
 - Drop off at any authorized shipping location
 - Keep your tracking receipt until your return is processed
 
Return Shipping
- Free returns for defective or incorrect items
 - $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for other returns
 - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders
 
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
 - Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
 - Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
 - Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
 
Exchanges
- We currently offer refunds only - no direct exchanges
 - To get a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item
 
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item
 - We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement
 - No need to pay return shipping for our errors
 
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
 - All sales on clearance items marked "Final Sale" are final
